The Annual Awards Ceremony was on May 11th, 2019. Awards recepients and Pi Alpha Alpha inductes on the flyer as well as in some of the posted images. Dr. Maria Aristigueta from University of Delaware delivered the key note speach.
Penn State Harrisburg Pi Alpha Alpha induction ceremony will be held on Friday, March 29th at 4:00 p.m. in the Gallery Lounge (First Floor Olmsted Building). Guest Speaker is our chapter President, Amanda Olejarski, Ph.D., Associate Professor at West Chester University. This year's induction ceremony will also be jointly sponsored by the Keystone Chapter. Please confirm your attendance to David Margolis. Many board members have already confirmed their attendance. We hope to see you there.

The 5th Annual Awards Ceremony of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA), in partnership with Pi Alpha Alpha, was held on Thursday, May 4, 2017, in the Pennsylvania State Capitol. This event was sponsored by West Chester University and Penn State Harrisburg School of Public Affairs.
Our event started with a keynote speaker - Dr. Susan Gooden, Immediate Past President, ASPA, and accomplished Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University - who focused on public service values, challenges and opportunities.
The Central PA Chapter of ASPA is partnering with Penn State Harrisburg's Pi Alpha Alpha, the National Honor Society for Public Affairs and Administration, to host a tour of the PA State Capitol followed by a networking social at the Federal Taphouse in downtown Harrisburg on Thursday, December 8th. Penn State Harrisburg's School of Public Affairs, in partnership with the Central PA Chapter of ASPA, is hosting the 2016 Northeast Conference on Public Administration (NECoPA) on November 11-13, 2016, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Harrisburg, PA.
NECoPA will bring together 200-250 participants from federal, state and local governments; academic institutions; non-profit organizations; and, for-profit organizations to exchange ideas on current issues, research and practice on "Public Administration in an Era of Collaboration".
